The Pool Team Moreleta

I bought a heating element with a housing for my jacuzzi. After installation I ran it for about half an hour when my power tripped, Checking the jacuzzi I noticed the element had melted the housing and the water was spraying out of the housing and caused a short on the electricity. The NEXT DAY I took the thing back whereby I was told it has to be sent to their head office and they will get back to me by the Monday.Wednesday came and I have not heard anything so I went in to the shop only be told that the heating element was run without water and that's why it melted (although the water was spraying out of the housing, when it was running).I was then told that they will not refund and it was a bad installation which was the cause so there is no claim. The manager had no interest in listening to me explain the scenario of what happened. I will definitely not be going back to this store anytime soon

Absolutely no Covid-19 protocols respected! Two staff members using their masks as a chin strap (with one staff member coughing like a dog behind the pay point). A woman also marched into the store without a mask and was dangerously close to me which had made me extremely uncomfortable. No sign of hand sanitizer anywhere either. I will not be coming here again anytime soon.

I would like to say it is really frustrating when you call and the person that answers the phone sounds tired irritated and does not sound that they want to help you at all, so I will steer clear. If that is the warm welcome you get than I can not help to think what the service would be like!

This morning I went to buy some chloor, next moment a staff member were having a fist fight with a customer. They hit each other in the face, rolled around smashing everything in their way, shouting and swearing. This was a very bad experience! You should discipline your staff. Although I love your products and usually get very good service you will never see me again. Pathetic!

Thay had the perfect plan to help me fix my pool.Fixed my pool creepy too. After months of struggling they sorted me out in 1 day.Now my creepy looks like it wants to get out and clean my lawn. Thanks guys.

Wonderful service. The team immediately helped to troubleshoot what was wrong with my MX8 pool cleaner and repaired it by replacing the gearboxes and tracks. I would highly recommend them.

Worst service every, put solor panels on a 60 degree roof with piece of rope NO CLAMPS to hold in position, two backing sheets have slide out, and they don't want to fix or purchases on, must be the worst company ever, and it's a new job,

Great service received and they went the extra mile with replacing a number of parts on my pump and did not have to break the bank to pay for the parts..Pump working like new again.. thanks and I will support again in the future..

Bad service and way overpriced. Will not recommend this shop at all.
