I think Nuvo Italia should change its name to Nuvo China. I bought a lounge suite which at the time was the top of the range. Advertised in magazines and so fought. I questioned if the the suite was genuine leather and was re affirmed that the complete set was. I recently learnt from the owner Mohomed that it has two different types of leather. Clearly one of the two types is the peeling type????Never again will I buy from Nuvo China

Absolutely INCREDIBLE service. From answering a WhatsApp question on a sunday. To a personal call to advise on pictures being sent to establish if I am happy with the product.To an email from Mohammed to thank me for my purchase. I HIGHLY recommend this business!I did not think this level of personal customer services still exist.Thank you Mohammed and team Nuvo Italia!

I bought my compact L-shape couch from this company in 2015. It is used by my wife, my son and I every day. The couch is still in great shape and no different to the day I bought it. The build is still solid and the fabric has retained its colour despite the sun exposure every morning in my lounge.The price was great when I bought it compared to other couches around that size offered by other companies.Very happy with my purchase and going to move the couch into my office when I eventually upgrade to a larger couch.

Their online platform doesn't have much details on their products, when you call there's no answer, you get a pre-recorded voicemail that's not audiable enough. When you send them a whatsapp message they just read it without acknowledgement and they never respond.

I ordered two bar stools on Monday evening and on Wednesday morning, I received my delivery. Excellent efficient and speedy service. The communication is also amazing, I informed of every step via sms and email.

Recently purchased a lounge suite and some other items from NuvoItalia very happy with my purchase. Great service from Muhammed and the Team however I wanted a delivery in the afternoon due to my schedule and they could only deliver in the morning but it all worked out perfectly.

I am very impressed with the quality of my new chair and had absolutely no issues with the process. I placed an order on Tuesday afternoon and received my order confirmation via e-mail on Tuesday evening with the tracking number. I was eager to receive my order and checked the tracking update way more than I should have, but it was updated as soon as it was collected by the courier on Thursday. I received a confirmation sms from the courier stating my order had been received and when to expect delivery. My order was delivered on Friday morning, which was perfect as the Nuvo Italia website stated delivery takes place within 2-3 working days. Based on my experience I would buy from Nuvo Italia again.

Customer service is very poor. Once you pay for goods, there no further updates on delivery dates and times and when promises are made, they are never kept. Not only that, there's no coming back to the customer to explain why promised delivery couldn't be made. Office telephone number listed on the website rings without an answer; whatsapp number doesn't give much joy either. So, once you place an order, it's all downhill from there - worst customer experience.
