I did an application for a laptop contract about 3 months ago and till today i am still waiting, what frustrating is that no one is bothering to provide feedback or time frame of how long i need to wait I am just being told Stock is not available i just have to wait. This is a pathetic service from a big telecommunication service provide such as MTN.

I must say the level their of service is beyond pathetic... I now am questioning as to why did the telecommunications industry opened on this level of lock down if we are not to be assisted with our queries.I have to stress this I have been up and down over the past week requesting for an additional line however iam being informed quite a number of stories. I request that management of this branch look into the stuff and also make contact as iam looking at taking this further. DISAPPOINTED!!! in @MTN South Africa
