Sorbet Salon Cape Quarter

Really sweet, professional and patient. I can appreciate the service here even if I'm just getting quickie Mani or Pedi. If a technician isn't patient with you they can easily ruin your treatment. These ladies know how to care for their clients as well as make sure you know you're the one being treated and not that you just their to take what you get. Would recommend this spot any day :)

I'm so disappointed, I've spent months getting my nails to length. I had full gelish to be soaked off on this pinky nail. It has been buffed so low I can see the skin underneath. If she buffed any further I'd have started bleeding. They're so thin, this will take months to get back. My nails were thin to begin with and I asked multiple times to please be careful. I was cringing but just trusting she knew what was going on. She said because I picked the gelish off she needed to file it but all my nails are in terrible condition now and I had only picked 4 of 10 nails. I walked in being concerned about the state of my nails to begin with so they should have been extra careful. The buffing was even causing heat on my plates I pulled back and asked her to please be gentle. They didn't charge me for the soak off but I've lost months of progress and I'm absolutely gutted. They're thinner than half a millimeter, I could cry. Lady at the front didn't even apologise and tried to blame me.

Great service - did a mani pedi before my flight back to Amsterdam. The team did both at same time and was very efficient and friendly! Will be back soon :)

I have had the longest lasting nails from this sorbet in particular. It is never too busy and their service/work is really well done. I've always walked away happy.Obviously as is with Sorbet, slightly pricey though.

Nail's masters there not have a quality service. The master did for me my nails and on a right hand it form was done normal, on 2nd hand the firm was crooked. Master adviced me to file my own nails myself to even out the shape... I was shocked. Don't think that I ever would go there!

Super friendly girls that did my manicure and pedicure! Super fast, done in 75minutes and was french gellish and a soak off! Would definitely recommend! Phomile and Memory!

Sandy and the ladies were so lovely! My husband and I arrived into Cape Town for it honeymoon yesterday and booked in pedicures for today. The ladies took such great care of us - the pedicures were amazing (best foot massage ever!) and the salon were so generous in helping us celebrate our honeymoon that they gave us a gift to take home and enjoy. Such a lovely experience, would 100% recommend!
