I had a great experience here and would definately recommend to anybody that needs physio. Nikki Parker genuinely cares about her patients and checks on their progress as needed. Really wonderful lady and physiotherapist!!

My wife and I have gone to Nikki a few times since we moved to Observatory and we've always had such wonderful experiences, whether we had pinched nerves, locked joints, or muscle and back pain. Nikki is as professional as she is friendly and accommodating, and seems to work magic (I believe it's referred to as physiotherapy in many circles).

Nikki is a competent and friendly physiotherapist. She did a proper assessment to check what the issue was before she got into it. She explained the anatomy part to me so that I understand and know which I really appreciated. She worked on my body and after the first session I could already feel the release and after two sessions I was nearly pain free. The facilities are nice and clean and I felt save and in good hands. And we had a good chat which was a nice bonus :) I highly recommend her if you have any need to see a physiotherapist.

Nikki Parker Physio felt more like a home than a practice. And I mean that in the best way possible. From the moment you arrive you’re greeted with a smile and a look of genuine concern when you enter her doors (depending on how visible your injury may be). Her professionalism and kind hearted nature comes across in how she assesses your injury; there’s no judgement in how you got the injury in the first place, and her hands handle you with the greatest of care. Nikki Parker Physiotherapy is also very affordable for an hour session. I think I was most surprised at how reasonable her rates were when I was paying at the end.

Nikki has been a life saver with regards to my back pain. I was staying in a remote part of the Amazon for several months when I started to experiencing worsening back pains originating from a vertebrae fracture that was still in recovery. I had no access to any on-site physiotherapists but Nikki went above and beyond to support me remotely despite challenging circumstances. I received detailed instructions over my very slow internet connection, with advice that was tailored to suit the limited availability of supplies. She provided me with an exercise regime that included using recycled bottles filled with sand (one of the few things I could easily get my hands on!), swimming exercises in the river, and other routines that were doable from this remote location. She also helped me understand what caused these new pains and the importance of good posture. I went from being in constant agony to much more bearable pain in a matter of days, and within a number of weeks the exercises started to pay off. Recovery is a slow process but having Nikki support me made all the difference.

Nikki is very knowledgeable and a great therapist and always professional, managed to fix me up and ready for my next race with only 5 weeks of training. The practice is always clean and organized, would definitely recommend her service.

Booking an appointment is SUPER easy. Great service and I will keep coming back. I had a serious running injury that she managed to resolve.
