Honestly the worst insurance company. Insurance in my father's name and from day one disclosed that we were driving the car and someone tried to break in. Quite for repairs got approved and after asking twice what is the excess fee we were told there is none. Finally car got repaired and then got told oh there is an excess fee all of a sudden. Phoned them to inquire about it and just answer sorry we cannot help you!

I had a telephonic conversation with an indian lady named Chantelle from Renasa. She was absolutely absurd, rude and disgusting with her manner of approach and tone used on me. If Renasa was so professional, they would at least coach their employees on ethical and professional conversations. That employee should be reviewed and taken in for a hearing. What a horrifying experience for a first time conversation.
