I was recommended to speedy locksmiths as they are known for good service. I cut a new set of keys for my place, bought a gate remote and bought a new car key remote, this came up to over R600. When trying to start my car it could not start, i had to take the key back to find out that they had not transferred the transponder to the the new key, which is okay, mistakes happen.Get home try to use the key to get into my place and it isn't working, i have to go back for the second time, tell them what had happened and they take the key to the back and bring it back and say it's working now, no apology.So i get into my place and try the key for the spare lock for the automatic gate, that doesn't work either, i have to go back for a third time, explain to them it is my third time coming up and down 17 minutes a trip. They take the key and go to the back without saying a word, come back later leave the lock and keys on the table and look at me as if they going out of their way to do me a favour. I had to ask him, are the keys okay now? I got a nod of the head and no apology again.To spend so much money somewhere and get such horrible service is just disappointing , driving up and down isn't cheap either. Very poor service, not professional at all. Would not go back.
