Lady name Shirley, told my wife im a cheapskate. Must take my trousers elsewhere. Fact is i have a physical challenge and need unusual stitching done. This lady put the phone down on me when i confronted her over this RUDE attitude. We then took the trousers to the tailors next door and they were happy to do my stitching for me. POOR PATHETIC SERVICE. I will take this further with the Disability association and the way this lady treats long standing Clients.

Horrible service, place looks like they all run around like headless chickens and cost is out of this world compared to the average fee these days regardless of what you asking for. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL please take my advice and save yourself the trouble. They are very unprofessional when it comes to time as well.Hubby also went for his coats and is literally still waiting since last week. He is currently sitting in the foyer AS WE SPEAK waiting after they said it would be done.

Asked for my boots to be taken in. Lady charged me R130. I collected my boots and she used a card machine. The machine didn't work" the first time so I got double charged. She thought that I wouldn't notice. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Scammer."
