Heidelberg KFC have energetic and friendly staff. The store is always kept clean and neat. They are busy especially in the morning but all seems to be under control.

Today I boarded a taxi from JHB to Heidelberg and the smell of kfc made me decide to have it for supper tonight as I haven't eaten kfc in a long time. Went to Heidelberg kfc and hoped that this time it tastes and smell like kfc from other places but than again disappointed as usual. Heidelberg kfc doesn't taste like kfc. It's dry and taste a little bit burnt. It's not the 1st time we complain about this.. It's like they use old cooking oil.

Ordered a boxmaster and got a small wrapsta. Been to the kfc a few times hoping the quality of food will be better and everytime surprises me of how bad this kfc really is. Also heavily overhired people. You dont need 20 people so build a burger and pass it to a customer. What is this?

Second time my order is not right. The previous time I ordered the sweet chilli sauce which I didn't even get. Today a big order, but the 1 streetwise 2 should have had coleslaw with. No coleslaw, chips. The people must concentrate and get the orders in order.Edwin van Wyk

Not happy. They don't listen when ordering. They don't call back. The manager is not there when you need service. Food is cold and chips are old...Poor very poor.
