Excellent Service!!* Broke down in the middle of Durban and they towed us within 10min from the initial call. They referred us to a great mechanic.Very professional and polite.

I did not use Recovery 911 as they are toooo expensive JUST LIKE NIT OTHER TOWING COMPANIES - ALL ARE VULTURES AND CAPITALISE ON A PERSONS SITUATIONHOWEVER I USED MACS TOWING FROM PMB - THEY WHERE A MINIMUM OF 30%MORE REASONABLE AND THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER WAS KNOWLEDGABLE CURTUIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL-

On the 15/01/2021 at 9am, I met with an accident where I aquaplaned, hit an island with my tyres and buckled all 4 of my rims and bust 2 tyres. I was in a hurry to write an exam.Recovery 911 towing offered me the best quality of service for the best price and the fastest rate of service delivery. I am grateful for the teams efforts in getting my vehicle home from a distant location. After the vehicle had been towed I was accompanied by the owner of the towing company. He didn't want to leave me alone due to the area I was in and waited till my father arrived at the scene to take me to university. I have massive respect for the team and I will recommend their services to everyone.My vehicle is insured with outsurance and I also have a personal cover plan with AA which I have been paying toward for years. None of the above gave me road side assistance although I didn't claim in years. AA had changed their plan without informing me which left me without roadside assistance and outsurance is a waste of R900 a month.

In our hour of need within 10min of phoning Recovery 911 send a guardian angel Khaya to assist us with changing the tyre. Absolutely advising us what to do in future and a smile never left his face. We are beyond thankful!
