Have been cutting my hair at this barber shop for years, definitely the best.

Based off the years of having my hair cut this was by far the worst experience. The barber had absolutely zero skills. The fade was uneven, the back and the top was visibly uneven. He cut the front of my hair into a square box look. I would not return even if they offered a free cut. If you going to charge your customers R180 then please ensure they are trained skilled professionals.

I would give zero stars if I could.Service is absolutely dreadful. The staff were incredibly dismissive and rude. My friends were greeted with sarcasm and snide comments as soon as they arrived simply because my friend's autistic brother couldn't sign in for himself. They were shouted down and disregarded because of this and the staff was very confrontational and aggressive instead of hearing them out. In addition to that, they were extremely insensitive and condescending to him and were very impatient even after being informed of his disability. I cannot understand how this business is even functioning with staff like this.

We drove quite a distance to have my sons hair cut there this weekend based on great reviews from friends who insisted that he must try this barber. They were fully booked but still made a plan to accommodate us due to the distance drove and my son being a weekly border even further away. He said the barber was so friendly and understood his needs exactly, and he was super impressed with the cut. He said that the fade is done so precisely and perfectly. He is very particular and walked out so pleased. Th fee is also very reasonable. Thank you, we will definitely be back soon.

Appalling service. Cut was professional - but despite showing several photos of what I wanted the end product was nothing like the photos - or what I wanted. If they couldn't cope they should have said

I would rate you ( -100), if I could. Just left the shop after waiting for 30min to be told by a rude, arrogant lady that barbers only come in at 10am. My hubby went in to have his sides trimmed which would have taken 5 min. The horrible rude lady that was with a client when we walked in told him so but failed to tell him that she won't be able to see to him after her client. While we waited as there was no other customers, an elderly couple walked in and she was equally rude to them about making appointments etc and they have to wait for the barbers to get in to which the sweet couple replied, we did not know we had to make an appointment, then she abruptly points to a small sign INSIDE the shop stating there are signs everywhere. The couple left. When she advised us after our wait she had an appointment and can't do my hubby I told her she could have said so in the beginning instead of letting us wait so long and suggedted putting a sign outside to say make an appointment to which her rude response was, oh well I can't be at 2 places at once. So in 30 min the shop lost 2 potential customers. To the bright hair, tattooed rude hairdresser that was there, remember you are providing a service when you cut someone's hair and get paid for it!!! Be kinder, friendlier and have some professional etiquette about yourself and the business you represent!! RUDENESS!!!

Disgraceful and disrespectful to the Barber industry. Score 0 for customer service, but 100 for rudeness and unmannered. Was told they have a booking list and won’t be able to help me, then told it’s fine I’m they will assist. And in the same breathe said they tools down at 6 so if my hairs not finished then too bad.The so called manager or person in charge has no professionalism and will soon run the place six feet under!

Not even worth the one star given. Staff was disgustingly rude, do not listen and were absolute time-wasters. To top it off, a friend of mine came in with her brother with autism and they were so dismissive of her, him and his condition. Call that professional service in the time and age we're living in? I think not. Very far from it.

The guy that cut my son's hair is from the future. We need more of his type. He is absolutely phenomenal.
