Took my sneakers in, got them back and they were still dirty. I washed 1 shoe just to compare results and when I did a better job, they refused to refund me even though I went in store to show them the difference.

I took my sneakers in and the Red Detail was recommended. The guy I booked them in with said that they may be able to fix some of the colour patches but this wasn't done. They were also not cleaned thoroughly for the amount of money spent. Really disappointed

This was the very first time I got my shoes cleaned by a shoe cleaning company. I am so disappointed and feel like I wasted my money let alone my shoe due to the fact that my shoes were not even clean when I picked them up. I had paid for them to be cleaned, not partially cleaned, cleaned! There is still dirt underneath the shoe, parts of the suede still have dirt, the sole still has mud on it. I will never bother with your services again. Do not waste your time people, let alone money....headaches are free elsewhere
