Looks like Lenovo needs to be avoided. My daughter's laptop is 6 months old, has never worked, paid R2k for repair by their allocated repair shop (partserve) and still broken. There is no proper support for Lenovo in South Africa, better not buy one.

I regret buying a lenovo laptop. Piece of junk with a massive pricetag. The fans are louder than a jet engine, and I should know, since I work with planes. It's hard to concentrate with the fan noise, and the laptop is exceptionally slow. Lenovo yoga 730-15ikb . Worst support from Lenovo websites and call centres. Don't buy Lenovo

Utterly useless. Basically begging them to buy their products. Easiest sale they will make this month. No one is willing to help, I have the phone put down on me and working from home is an excuse to not provide service. Werner Schoeman, the sales manager, can't be bothered to call back and of course, I cannot possibly be put through to people who think they are too good to talk to customers. I will simply place my order for the other competing products then.

Currently trying to get in hold of the Sales Department - telephone has been ringing for 8 mins already - but no one pick up the call.. My first encounter with Lenovo, just another rotten service in South Africa!

My laptop just stop working in July 2021 and I returned it to the shop. After a week my laptop was returned again because I did not give them the charger. It has to be booked again, after three weeks I called the shop again and they confirmed that my laptop was ready. I went to the shop only to find out that my laptop was broken and still not working. As we speak I haven't received it.

Exceptionally poor service! I was ‘assisted’ my Jaketta who failed to resolve my issue I was experiencing. When chatting to her on the sticky note she failed to reply . I have spent over 25 minutes on the line without my problem being resolved! Wow! I’m in shock
