Mr Price Greenstone

Do not shop in this place. They are on a permanent go slow. You will stand in a short que 4 ever. Absolutely shocking. Not the 1st time experience either

The place is okay. They have a variety to choose from and friendly staff to assist you.Very Busy on weekends (but so are other Mr Price stores).I'd suggest shopping here during the week or early hours of Saturdays & Sundays when they are just about open.

Is there even a point of having this branch? Why did they downgrade the store into such a tiny shop with barely ANYTHING TO BUY. It seems as if all the discarded, unsold items get sent to this branch in th hopes of making sales. Very sad really. You will literally spend 5 minutes max searching until you realise what a waste of time it is being in this store. Do better. And when items are advertised, all branches should have stock of them. I'm so tired of Mr Price employees going on about how they haven't received stock as yet but the items are already on the website and in other stores. For a JHB branch, this is an embarrassment.

I have always been impressed with Mr Price's clothing and prices. Although, today I was especially impressed with their assistance. I went there and shortly after, I felt dizzy and faint. The staff there helped me so much and went above and beyond for me. They got me a cup of sugar water very quickly and then called a medic to attend to me. The medic was not only thorough and did a wonderful job but was polite and respectful. The staff then watched over me until my fiancé came. I feel so fortunate to have had staff like this to look out for me and I think they have such a high level of care for their customers beyond just purchases. Thank you so much Mr Price, I work in customer service as well so I really appreciate all the effort you put in for me today! <3

was in store to purchase a phone and clothing items, was told to wait 30 mins because the cellphone was in a safe. so i waited. but after nearly a hour in the store there system was offline. sent someone again to collect my stuff the system is still offline. this store probably makes a lot of money because sending a customer back an forth to the store is time consuming an its a lot of petrol wasted. never going back .

You get useless, then you get this shop.All the staff standing around absolutely clueless, while the que snakes around the store.Customer service here is legit non existent.Would be quicker to drive to another branch anywhere in the country than shop here

Bad customer service at MR Price Sport, Greenstone Mall, the staff mopping during shopping hours and making noise shouting load talking ,and gossiping customers to leave, unfortunately they gossipped in a language I understood thinking I couldn’t hear them. So low of the staff, making shopping experience horrible for customers on a Sunday because they wanted to go home at 4pm when the shop closes at 5pm

USELESS. 10 staff behind counter ONLY 2 cashiers helping. TOTALLY PATHETIC AND USELESS

Most days the staff seems like they're energetically drained, a serious motivation is needed in this place.
