The best experience EVER I had had in a hair salon. My friend and I were visiting Cape Town from the US and she decided she wanted to get her hair braided - first time in over 20 years. I decided to tag along and get an updo for my faux locs, but while there we decided to get eyelashes and an eyebrow tintOMG the staff was wonderful - patiently answering all of our questions. They were fast my friend had two braiders in her head at one time) And the results were amazing. So unlike the experience I usually get back at home in Cali.And the exchange rate for the US dollar meant I got GREAT VALUE for the price paid .

I went to get a cut and colour and I can't really complain it came out better than I expected. So I would give them 5 stars. However, when it comes to customer service I wasn't really impressed and just wanted to leave before I even finished. I expected this whole thing to take no longer than 45 minutes it ended up being an hour 45 minutes as I waited to get my hair washed while the barber attended to two customers that had just walked in. On top of that I was charged R350 while the price list on the website says R200 they should just put up a price list in the store so people know what they paying instead of prices being inflated while you in store. So for service I'll give them 2.So overall, 3 stars

Best place to do hair in cape town. The owner is always so friendly and welcomes you with a smile. The staff are friendly and professional. They always do amazing hairstyles! I have been going there for atleast 3 years and I have no complaints.

Went to do an oil treatment on my 4C natural hair, needless to say it was pathetic. The salon knows nothing about natural hair, they didn’t have the right products for natural hair. Would not recommend them if you have natural hair. Their service is great but knowledge and skill for natural hair is nonexistent

I haven't been to a salon in Cape Town in as I'd not had a good experience in other places.This experience was professional and blissfully quiet...none of the constant chatter and gossip that I've experienced in other places.A particular note was the quality check that is performed on each client before they leave to ensure that each person leaves looking and feeling their best!
