I received Excellent service from Nazli at the Vodacom 4U shop in Somerset Mall! Even though I vowed never to take out a phone contract again because of terrible past experiences, she made me feel entirely comfortable with the process and took the time to explain and answer all my questions. She also told me that if there are any discrepancies I could phone her directly and she would sort it out. I am still waiting for a couple of extra's that came with my device that didn't arrive on the day that I came to the shop, but she is keeping me in the loop about it the entire time and I'm picking them up next week. I definitely recommend that you work with this sales lady when taking out a contract at Vodacom 4U!

I have tried in so many ways to inform Vodacom that there is numerous calls been made through my phone on the vodacom network, they recently had a promotion to win 50 000 and 10 000 a mini a phone ,luckily I took screenshots of everything, I sent the photos to vodacom and said I would like my winnings. But I can't reset my password, and you have to use the vodacom app, to receive your winnings, why can they not do this via the phone, I am disabled and cannot go alone to sort this out and the competition ends on the 8th, it was the 6th, it turns out the phone can be reset over the phone, but I had to do it every day, until I was looking for payments made to me via PayPal, and it turns out that the SAP was using my phone to do ,,,I don't know, I was just conveniently situated next door to an expert in the SAP I presume and my neighbour's on the other side , SAP I presume, because I found documents, of a just in case scenario, I had already been booked into an institution for drug addiction, ...I did inform the authorities but nothing happened.

A very dissatisfactory experience:POOR customer understanding and communication is an understatement.POOR at follow up procedures required for my necessary purchase.POOR managerial handling.The store manager has an absolute terrible attitude, careless to say the least, refuses to take any form of control or accountability of any situation that might have need an authoritative managerial skill to take over from poorly trainers staff to coordinate care for customer service.In my 20 years of being with Vodacom, and dealing with 4 stores this has been the worst store, with the worst customer service and the worst manager that couldn’t be bothered.The previous manager that used to work there must have been moved or relocated and he was by far the best asset for the store and better at handling conflicting situations, addressing issues, following up and coordinating staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

The most shocking service I've received in a long long time. I upgraded at the other store in the mall. Everything went smoothly there. I asked if they could clone my old phone to the new phone. There wasn't any problem. The girl called this branch and spoke to their technician Heinrich to ensure we wouldn't need to wait again. He agreed. Everything was in order. We arrived at the store only to be told that there are three people in front of us and we would need to wait. If this is the way you treat your red customers I'll seriously be considering changing my network after i've taken the other phones back to the other branch. You just lost the sale of two note 8 devices as well as an iPhone 8 plus sale. Seriously? Wake up Heinrich.

When your own staff members don't know how to email your customer support...need I say any more? Highly embarrassing when your client has to leave the shop, call support on his phone, get the details from them, and walk back into the shop to educate the staff.
