Worst customer service or assistance I have ever received in my life. I sent DHL South Africa re-direction form for my shipment. They still didn't make changes and delivered my shipment to the wrong address and even worse, they didn't send any delivery text message or email that my shipment was collected. When I follow up on this issue, no one wants to own it or help. I have been tossed around the whole day without any light of when will they retrieve my shipment and ensure I receive it. I am really dissapointed and will not advice anyone to use DHL to courier their shipment.
