We paid for some solid kerb-stone blocks at this hardware store on 09-09-2021 ( Thursday ) just before midday. We were told that delivery of these kerb-stones would definitely be at 13h30 the same day.Shockingly, delivery was only made on 10-09-2021 at around 14h00. No prior notification was given that the material would be delivered on 10-09-2021. No apology was tendered by the unethical owners/management and delivery chap ! When this delivery chap was asked about the delayed delivery of the kerb-stones he began a somewhat garbled explanation" and quickly/rudely ignored me and began talking on his cellphone which just rang at the time !Not properly educated people with scratchy business acumen

Guys please stay away from this hardware, they promise you delivery times but never keep to it. The only reason I used this hardware was because I was referred to by a builder. The driver is absolutely rude, I ordered retainer blocks from them, he refused to bring them inside my yard.They gave me heart take for 3 loads of retainers, did not want to bring it into my property.The owner also has no empathy and no customer care skills.They don't even deserve 1 star, I had to give 1 star just to give my review.
