I apologize for my first review. The staff was nice and friendly. After speaking with Urban Escape they offered me a redo or a refund as I was not happy with the way my hair came out and not most places would offer a refund. They are neat and do have a nice studio and service

Kaylin did an amazing job with my hair. I was so nervous at first and didn't know what I wanted or what to expect but her professionalism and guidance put me at ease and I am so happy to know my hair is in the best hands ever. My hair came out beautifully and I am extremely happy. The staff are so friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The place and setup is absolutely stunning. Thank you for a wonderful service and most enjoyable experience. You absolutely deserve a 5 star rating.

A very nice salon, good vibe. I have now been twice. I find it very hot in the nail salon. No aircon or fan. I am also not a fan of children running around when I am having my treatments, it defeats the objective of peaceful me time. Prices are very good.

Absolutely stunning environment the staff are unbelievably friendly and welcoming... Honestly the best hairdresser i have ever been to..... Massage chairs while your hair is being washed, a coffee while you get your hair done! I will definitely be back x very proffessional

I hate giving such negative reviews, so I'll start with the positive. I would honestly give 5 stars for the outlay of the salon and kindness of the staff. Beautiful features, nice hair set up, and nails. As well as the waxing side. Did I mention they have a gorgeous tan can? It even targets cellulite!However, this is where the 2 stars come in and the negative. Even though it may look beautiful and the people are nice, the service for waxing was probably the only one that didn't cause injury. My mothet got a pedicure where her feet were exfoliated to the point they were raw and had sores on them the next day. I got a poli gel with tips that honestly no nail was a cousin to the other, and the lengths were different. My thumb nail was so crooked it was going to the right. When pointed out, the lady doing my nails couldn't be bothered fixing them as she had other clients to deal with.Granted, I never called to complain. I never called to inform them of this just purely because when you go somewhere to get your nails done, you shouldn't have to. It was not a very good first experience and if you decide to go I hope your visit is better than ours.

I recommend them , very affordable prices and absolutely amazing atmosphere with the friendliest people .They do more than what you ask them and they do it the best just to keep you as a client happy !Best experience .

Primrose does nails here and is OUTSTANDING. Her attention to detail is brilliant and my nails have never looked better.The hair salon is also extremely well managed and I've never had a complaint when I've had mine or my daughters hair cut here. Just a fantastic place with fantastic service.

Always a pleasure to go to Urban Escape Studio. Wes is an amazing hair stylist, he never disappoints. Kayla runs this successful business alongside Wes and it really is a one stop shop. There is also a nail salon, beautician, tanning and so much more. The staff are wonderful and the wash and massage sublime. Can’t wait for my next visit and cappuccino.Thanks guys !
