If I could give them negative stars I would. The receptionist is the most heartless, uncaring person I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I was heartbroken and in tears at reception and after telling me she understood how I felt because she had lost her own mother recently, she had security remove me despite knowing why I was so distraught. That kind of heartlessness and callousness is on another level. I could never recommend a place like that.

I did the destress package here, maybe about a year ago. It was the weirdest experience I've ever had. It was anything but relaxing - lights were bright fluorescents, no music, the therapist didn't speak enough English for us to communicate. She ended up making me get up and move around naked, which was really uncomfortable. Worst part: when they say steam, they mean you will get into a tiny coffin-like shower thing in the room, where you need to sit your bare butt on a plastic footrest. Then they turn the steam on and close the doors, which touch your nose. I'm claustrophobic and found it awful. I debated on not paying, but I just wanted to leave.
