What a nice and serene place! Beautiful nature and camping sites. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.

Nice dam, nice bathroom facilities, a good fishing and watersport place.

Lovely, beautiful, clean, management excellent and friendly. We arrived late in the evening, without a booking, they unlocked and made us feel welcome. Bathrooms spotless and beautiful, lovely showers. We can highly recommend this place!

Very neat, clean and friendly camping place with green grass, lots of shade and good fishing spots, with undercover warm swimming poolGive them 5 stars because we will go back anytime

Beautiful resort but unfortunately the huts (rondawels) have metal roofs, your breath condensates at night then the water falls on you while you are sleeping, the roof is rusted all over so it has been a problem for years, also the power was off every night between midnight and 6am while all the other resorts on the dam had lights burning so I don't think it was load shedding, they provided a heater so we tried to heat up the hut and keep the condensation in check but as there is never any power after midnight it does not help at all.The owners tried to help us but unfortunately we were all sick by the time they moved us to a new hut, they tried to make plan to help us with the condensation so we decided to stay another night, the second hut had millions of ants with a nest being in the bricks of my youngest daughter's bed, she woke up at 11pm with thousands of ants on her, we used a whole can of bug spray to try and manage the ants and could not get rid of them, we had to leave at 3am to find a doctor and get medical attention, we could not get hold of the owners at that time via phone as their phone was turned off, we tried to ring the bell at the house as well but no one came out, 2 weeks later and no one tried to contact me, very poor communication and unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

Very neat and clean . Staff friendly and it's not Crowded

This is a wonderful place for camping and fishing. The upkeep is immaculate and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Camping spots are adequate with water and power on each stand. Ablutions and general facilities are really clean.Kiosk have most of the basic items and prices are generally not too expensive.Love the fact that music is not allowed as it contributes to the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.Security is good with access control and fence all roundAs mentioned in other reviews, electricity supply is at best not stable. Fishing is good even though watercraft can be a bit busy

Very nice place to relax for a weekend or longer. Big stands for camping, and ablution is very clean. Its is quite and peaceful, other than the weird weather there it's a very nice place
