Such a friendly bunch of people that work there. I can only imagine that working in a restaurant during these times in South Africa must be really really hard. Well done.

Prolly the worst KFC I ever had. The chicken is beyond oily with no crunch. There was enough oil in the bucket after the meal to fry more chicken (0.o) Please improve as lots of people pass through here constantly.

The most pathetic excuse for a KFC I’ve ever seen. Drive thru constantly closed because they too lazy to have it running or trying to fudge their numbers for their ABYSMAL drive thru service.And general quality of food and service so dismal it brings the entire brand down.I’d rather eat roadkill than bother going to this clown show joke of a place again.

Worst service ever from any KFC. The staff admits that they are severely understaffed as the owners don't want to appoint more people. Worst experience ever at any KFC. BAD BAD BAD Shame on you!

Often getting cold food even buying inside. The drive through has been closed for months now and even being given the wrong. Too much effort to drive back. Use to he much better 1 year ago

Unfriendly service at the drive through. Breakfast menu is limited due to stock shortages, reason given was a busy weekend service. Unfriendly Attitude from the person who took the order. The food quality was poor as there was eggshells in the breakfast wrap.

One star is a generous rating. Supposed to open at 10, staff was not there at 10. When they arrived they told us they’ll open at 11.30am. Worst KFC in the Cape- and let’s not forget, yesterday they didn’t even have chicken..

Their tills dont seem to work and everything has to be written out by hand. Ladies working there are super nice, but the que backlogg gets quite hectic. Chicken was ok, bit dry.

always n problem with the ice cream machine, funny how they tell you in the morning they have clean it and its up and running, and you ask of its broken because the ice cream is still 'pap' and then at night you come around cause it might be ready then they tell you know its still running but the ice cream still pap... seriously! then its broken right, no its not broken it just can make ice cream right now. urg!!!
