I'm highly disappointed that you kept such a cold and rude receptionist to welcome people whereas there's nothing welcoming about her! For a place that is assisting individuals and working with communities, you can do better than putting someone with a nasty attitude as your face. She doesn't represent the core values of the organisation at all, instead of an empowering aura & servicing people with Ubuntu. She's giving an 'I don't care' attitude. This is only chasing people away instead of inviting them to receive the assistance they require! She's definitely not qualified for that receptionist position, very poor customer care. With people like her chasing people away, the youth is definitely not winning in this case.
