Owner is extremely rude, walked out after the way he spoke to me. Not willing to support a business that has a bad attitude towards new customers

Worst experience ever!Two ladies and one man working there, extremely rude. I dropped of my laundry for drying then they quoted me the price, when it came to picking up the laundry, they charged me double what they quoted me and would not give me my laundry if I did not pay. Furthermore, they have no card machine so insist on cash, when I asked them how they run a business like this (rude and cash only) the man told me clearly that it is not their business, so they don't care. They sit around there talking the whole time and the customer must wait for them to come up for air for any service. Owner phoned me to try and explain what happened and said he will sort this out.
