Stretch Pilates

I made an appointment for a trial session and the instructor did not come and I was given the option to try out a different instructor for Mat work instead of stretch Pilates which is what I wanted to have done. It was ok and I appreciated the session. We then made a follow up appointment for a trial for stretch Pilates. An hour before the appointment I was messaged that it would be moved an hour later. Being a dentist I could not manage that as I had other appointments afterwards. When I tried calling or messaging the number on WhatsApp which is how we had communicated I received no reply or response at all. The appointment/admin system was pathetic and failed for me before I could even try out stretch Pilates. I also lost work time twice which costs me money. Not impressed at all!

Stretch Pilates is just the best studio to do pilates. Husband and wife team, Stefan and Jenna are amazing. Basi qualified, the hour you spend with them is an hour well spent. Using the rolls royce of pilates equipment, Basi systems, you leave having worked your entire body. Give them a try....you won't be sorry. Well done guys!

Staff inviting helpful from entrance to exit. Instructor accommodating motivating a really awesome vibe. All safety precautions were adhered.
