Most unfriendly staff is at Pretoria Head office. Betha so unfriendly and un proffesional.. Suppose to supply a wheelchair urgent that is paid for.. but just a rude attetude.. Then people complain about the economy.. .

The concept and products are perfect but the after sales and service to accounts is an absolute nightmare - I am not recommending this to anyone!!

Friendly people. Got very good service and advice. Please take note that they are opposite to the Glenwood main entrance.

I sent this company 4 requests on their website to contact/provide details of products, which were acknowledged by e-mail - 6 DAYS LATER NOTHING!! I will now rather stay away as the business is in any event rated very poorly and I will find another company to assist meThank you, now received the mail.!!

We are happy with the product. However, the account department is extremely rude and impatient.They are phoning someone that has more concerning issues (pain) than an account and when trying to clarify things we get rudely interuppted and spoken to bad. We are also implied that we are taking chances and not willing to pay and being treated like useless people.I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I expect proper feedback and customer service.And when requesting to speak to a manager or someone else I get the following response from the accounts manager (Laurice Preston)I am the accounts manager & I will not enter into trivial arguments.""

Accounts Dept very rude, threatening e mails and harrassment when an account is already being paid off by a client who has had no work since matriculating 6 years ago and is paying what they can, no compassion or understanding of a person's situation other than their own. Would not recommend using them to anyone

Account Staff are extremely rude, they have no manner of communicating with customer, there emails are rude and will not be back to support the business again unfortunately due to my experience with them.
