Universal labels & Packaging employs a person - PENELOPE BREMNER. In my dealings with her, she has acted in a highly unprofessional manner in my opinion - She rented a cottage from me and continually inappropriately demands money back for a lease agreement which she did not honour.

What a disgrace!. We ordered and paid R36000 for labels out front which was delivered to us. 2 months later they generated an additional invoice which they labeled as it could be for over-runs" for R3500-00. What-ever that means
