Trusc Malmesbury

I signed up with Trusc because i was promised that they would switch me to Fibre as soon as it goes live in my area. its been 6 months and the Fibre is live and all my neighbours has Fibre except for me. They have alot of stories now and it seems im now commited to stay with this slow internet for the next 18 months !See the wifi speed below. This is suppose to be a 4mbps line !ADA056

Good day I would have like to give a better rate, but there is really a problem between filling in the forms @ Malmesbury and getting the info through to head office.

Horrific service been with them for almost 1 year on contract in your contract it states that there will be no price increase unless it's obligated by government for vat increase, etc. End of this month of May they increased the price by R130 because loadshedding is messing up their infrastructure and for them to maintain their equipment you as the customer needs to pay more for the upkeep, I urge anyone that considers signing with the to look elsewhere please do not give your hard earned money to these people

I would recommend Trusc, just for it's customer care.

Very helpful and patient Technician Nicholas was very helpful thanks to eskom giving us loadshedding our router ended up resetting and they help get everything up and running again they did not even have to come out did everything from there office wil definitely stay with them.

ThIs internet Service Provider is horrible! They took 4 Months to activate our account. Then we were charged for more than what was stated in the contract for the first 3 months. I tried to get hold of the agent that helped me with the activating of the contract, but like any sales person, this agent only made sure he got the deal and then afterwards, he said its not his responsibility anymore and I must contact there call centre to sort it.Then when you need to cancel because your contract has ended and you don't live there anymore, they still want to charge you R500 cancelation fee after all the months according to the contract has been paid up to date. They are quick to want to take your money from you but when it comes to service, they don't deliver.

After an initial problem things were sorted out . Good backup service !!!

We have not even had this WiFi connection for a month and have constant down time. We pay for 6meg and if we lucky will run at download speed of 1.4 meg per second. ..We have to phone in and report this ongoing problem constantly at our cost for days on end with little to none satisfaction. We should have stayed with the other supplier but wanted to support local. ..now local is costing us money with NO satisfaction AT ALL. The only thing that is on time is the account.I will definitely NOT recommend Trusc as a WiFi provider...Thanks Sharon de Jongh. Malmesbury

Amazing service.

Trusc's service is horrible.Internet connection is slow and sometimes there's no internet connection.I send Trusc an email, where I write about how slow the internet connection is, but they haven't respond yet.
