Nick, William, Princess, Anges and Shyleen to name a few, always make it a pleasure to shop at this Spar. When there are no packers the managers do it themselves. Exceptional customer care and service.

I used to be a great fan of the management and staff at this particular shop, because the really are friendly and helpful. But the prices...At almost every product an easy comparison with Checkers down the road shows the huge margins asked by Spar. Eg. R12 per kilogram more expensive on frozen peas. R4 more for a random tin of canned vegetables. NOT ON Spar GROUP.

This is quite a nice spar.. it has a good bakery and deli, service is good and there are enough people behind the tills to serve everyone as well. They are doing well with the covid-19 lock down. This government must catch a wake up, they are ruining our economy and it's going to take years to recover.

Really friendly staff, great service, but mediocre selection. Important things are often out of stock. Meat is a massive disappointment, and fresh produce isn't as fresh as one would hope. The bakery isn't half bad though. Always out of the Afrikaans newspaper by early afternoon most days - especially Sunday.

After the revamp it looks quite fresh and the service is always very good. The managers are always available. They try and ensure the lines are not too long.

I am horrified that after spending over R500 that when asked if I needed another plastic bag I said yes please. I put R1 on the counter and cashier told me I needed to add 10cents more. Is This for real one pay's R1.10 for a plastic bag. And the floor manager turns his back. That is absolutely disgusting.

This Spar is really great. It seems well run and the manager is always present. The staff are always friendly. The Gelato and coffee are really good as well.

Poor customer relations, I was talking to manager, asking for information about specials on knives. I expected a friendly interaction, because IShop there very often. I felt rushed, like I was an interruption, not like aCustomer, I feel like getting a T-shirt... Human not robot.Seriously considering shopping elsewhere. Money is transferableEverywhere.Manager is far too comfortable needs to revise, customer careSkills, otherwise, it might come back to bite him.Remember Covert, ,19......that is the end of the lesson QED.Be nice, I have legal advice
