Nashua Durban & Nashua Limited - disrespectful and heartless company!!We were pitched a “Nashua Solution” for our telephone system, which we never got.The Nashua appointed salesperson – Deon sold us something, which we had to eventually implement ourselves.There was no implementation of the “solution” we were sold and the entire process was poor and mismanaged.We had to hire someone to manage the implementation of the system and handle the problem solving with features that should have been working.We dealt with the matter direct with Nashua and ECN and never complained socially / publicly.4 years later and more than 80% of the way through our contract.During a world-wide pandemic, when a lot of small businesses are trying to keep our doors from closing.Nashua without notice or as much as a telephone call disconnects all our outgoing calls (8th of June 2020) and then terminates all our incoming calls (26th of June 2020).Instead of assisting us and discussing the way, forward and a possible solution to help they disconnect us from our clients, making our situation worse.We approach Nashua to discuss our financial situation (which we had already done prior to this) and ask if we can return there equipment and ask for a settlement ahead of the end date.We are not asking them to write off the balance.We only have 11 months left of our 60-month contract; we have not just signed it and have “changed our minds”.We have already paid in the region of R150 000 for equipment costing in the range of R35 000 to R50 000.Nashua takes the balance of the contract adds it together and adds a further R5000 on top.So it costs us more to pay early!!Is this a settlement?Now Nashua has handed us over to an attorney……I have never dealt with such a disrespectful and heartless company.

This is the worst company to call if you are expecting reasonable service.No one calls you back as promised. Their landlines are never answered when transferred. The PAs don't want to share cell phone numbers for their heads when we are trying to log a complaint.I tried calling the following people:

Check the reviews on hellopeter before dealing with them. Be very very careful of their contracts and good luck !
