Camera House - Morley

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER SO I ADVISED ALL CUSTOMERS TO AVOID CAMERA HOUSE MORLEY AT ALL COST!!!I bought a product from Camera House Morley in Dec 2019. The product was faulty and stop working after the first use. Jan 2020, I came to exchange and was advised that the product was out of stock, my details was written down in : the back order book and the staff told me I would be in contact once it become available. THERE WAS NO PHONE CALL

I haven’t shopped here as much but I can definitely observe something with the experience so far at this store. All in all I think the customer service is pretty good, however these are from phone calls and probably a couple times in person. I can say that this place is pretty small and the stock available at the store is pretty limiting. Over a couple of phone calls, all the items I requested were out of stock or weren’t available. Due to the size of this shop (most notably), I’d wish it had just abit more stock so I wouldn’t have to travel to Cannington DigiDirect all the time. So if you probably just moved in the neighbourhood and wanted to buy the best of the best, this shop can be abit limiting but thats just my experience, take it with a grain of salt.I have not experienced the wait times picking up an out of stock item in store but I’ll test it out soon and update it here.

So when I said I'd pick up my camera tomorrow, they failed to say actually we're closed tomorrow. Feel free to refund me for time wasted. Looking forward to you taking responsibility for your actions. Was looking forward to having a proper clean but told I'd have to go somewhere else for that. My misunderstanding about technical issues.

Very kind, nice and respectful. Even after I got my photos done there were slight changes to be made, they happily did those promptly. Highly recommended!

My go to store for anything to do with passport photos A++++ highly recommend to all

Been using Morley Camera House for nine years now and have always been happy with quality of prints and care and concern taken with enlargements and corrections/improvements. Love that I can order prints online and collect in a very efficient time frame. Good service whether I've ordered one standard print or a very large order. They are always happy go help with self serve machines.

Went to australian passport photo for my son and charged $15 which is reasonable. But photo wasn't alright ( it has shading, hair falling over forehead). Application didn't accept due to above mentioned reason.I went back to shop and they fixed shadow but not hair on forehead issue.Now i am going through Australia post photo so nothing to worry. If you going for passport photo think twice and suggest you to go with Australia post. No refund at all

DO NOT EVER GO THERE TO GET YOUR PHOTOS PRINTED! I got 5x7 printed they charged me $3.50 per print!! Officeworks is .40cents!!!! Im so disappointed and upset they have done this!

Another camera shop advised me to go here to have my toddler’s passport photo taken as these guys have the equipment and experience to do this. Glad I came here as the guys were friendly, photo was taken without fuss, and the young guy even cut two photos off the strip of photos so they were ready to go straight onto the passport application. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Requested assistance over the telephone from Morley Camera House. Response was overwhelmingly positive. My concerns were resolved with the quick exchange of emails. Employee was helpful 100%, skilled, fast and courteous. Excellent. Will definitely return for further assistance when needed. Refreshingly friendly service when many stores are wooden in service provision!
