Never have I ever seen such, I am so disappointed and unhappy with the service from the restaurant, I ordered a packet of if chips , firstly it was undercooked , secondly it didn't seem as if it's from a stove and when I went back to tell the people that they are not well cooked they told me that they would eat them , this is not on how does a company let us as customers receive such service , I suggest they hire people that are willing to give us a proper customer service . I'm s o dissapointed.

I always buy from the franchise, but to my suprise today I bought 2 large cheesegrillers, large chips, atchaar and white bread... Only to notice when I get home there cheesegrillers are not there. Yet I asked the short lady can't remember the name if they in the packet and she said Yes.....I'm very disappointed, and it was not busy, to get orders mixed up or whatsoever.

Ive been ordering from this franchise for many years but yesterdays order was shocking I buy from this particular one I ordered the biggest size of chips that was R59 when I asked is my order they said yes I asked this is too small to be it they said it is it seemed as if they used a medium size scale I left the conversation because the way they have formed a group to attack me I immediately left as I got home the chips oh my God they were dripping in fat with so much salt the worst of its kind if there was - star rates I punch in 100.......

Yhoooooo had di bad experience ever....So I bought Jumbochips nd a cheesegriller only to find out when I get home its small chips nd a cheese griller..When I went back to them the guy called Tumelo or Thapelo he jst said they made a mistake but ddnt apologize and now I hv to pay for their mistake by transportation myself going back home....Mxm

From last week I started buying there and enjoyed your chips but today I was really disappointed because the jumbo size was equal to the large pack and it was crumbs inside the pack, I'm really disappointed today, moreover I drive few kilos to the store and I have decided to never waste my fuel for this
