Very discreet quiet and beautiful.It is the best place for any occasion, lovely people too.

Celebrated a dear friend's 60th birthday. Had the place to ourselves . Stayed in the Manor house and the chalets. Rooms so spacious and beds comfortable

Super friendly reception and wonderful tranquil setting. Will most definitely visit again. Only problem is a bad gravel road to get there, but they are busy working on the road, so it will be fixed soon for a smooth ride

We made the most precious memories at Swartvlei Equestrian Lodge. The house takes you on a beautiful journey back in time. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene-waking up to the sweet sounds of birds. The host Noami is a superstar,she goes above and beyond to make you stay a memorable one. We will go back again and again.

Awesome place to have peace at weekend! Take N2 , turn into die lake , follow Bo- langvlei raod . Is is easy road to go , other road may tough.

Just brilliant and relaxing, would recommend most definitely.And with neighbouring towns is there still a lot to do if you think you ran out of ideas on the farm.

Wow. Wonderful. It was a return trip to Swartvlei, and this time we brought a whole heap of family from different parts of the world. Naomi and her team were amazing as they catered for our week-long celebrations that included a champagne birthday breakfast and an engagement dinner party. We occupied every nook and cranny of the manor house and chalets, and everyone loved being able to create memorable family experiences around the braai, on hikes up the ridge, over breakfast and dinner conversations. Plenty of scenic attractions in neighbouring Wilderness, George, Knysna and Plett - all within easy car drive distance. Deeply grateful to Naomi for coordinating meal activities for twenty people. Highly recommend the Estate for the perfect couple or family holiday.

Absolute lovely place and lovely staff!The best place I have ever stayed in ZA. Included nice braai area, two cute dogs, they even invited me to their birthday party. You can have a quiet time there and relax as well as go out hiking with children.They did much more than they had to do!Go there and feel like home!
