This is a fantastic studio. Nikita is calm and kind, and she is great at getting her students to surpass their limits. I would definitely recommend Hummingbird Yoga Studio to beginner and intermediate yoga students

The Hummingbird Yoga Studio offers you truly an experience like non other. By far the best experience I’ve had with yoga and strengthening so many aspects of myself physically and mentally with medication. Nikita is an incredible teacher and yogi, truly amazing. All I have to say is good things she’s taught me how to be comfortable in yoga and realising how important it is parallel with weight training. I definitely have seen some major changes since incorporating more yoga and strengthening flows along with developing my handstands. Most importantly she has taught me how to calm the mind through effective breathe work and meditation which has helped my anxiety on so many levels. She is truly something else and I’m so happy and honoured I got a chance to experience Nikita and her flows. She is a true yogi.

Nikita holds an incredible yoga space that is inclusive, adaptable and challenging. Nikita is very knowledgeable on the practice of yoga and her kind nature make the class a wonderful time to enjoy a soul full filled session.

Absolutely love going to Nikita’s class, it was not what I had initially expected, but everything more. I love the way Nikita teaches her class, with lots of compassion and love keeping everyone’s progress in mind, from beginner to being advanced. And with that I am also getting to meet new and kind friends. I am 100% committed in joining every class, because I just love the whole experience.

Hummingbird yoga studio is a absolute must it's a relaxing and calming environment.Nikita makes sure to guide us through the whole experience making each class unique.Definitely recommend her studio for anyone needing to relax and relieve stress after a long day of work or just to unwind.

Absolutely amazing space. Niki has a very holistic approach and treats the mind as well as the body.

Nikita has a very calming and relaxing energy as an instructor, leaving you feeling exceptionally relaxed mentally. Physically she does motivate you to push further than the limitations of your mind without forcing your body. I left the studio feeling more flexible without hurting myself in anyway. Would definitely recommend popping in for classes.
