This post office is not open it's closed due to no power It cost me lots of money for transport to collect a parcel, there surely there is stuff to be done that can be done without power like parcel collection and pen and paper was used long before computers. Bad service. 23/01/2023 tel number just cuts out pathetic.

Went in twice to collect a parcel which they can't find. Showed them email evidence showing it is there and when it arrived. Jeanette told me she would call me. Never did and gave me their incorrect number. Couldn't be bothered with my petrol. Service please and no chatting when the queue is out the door. Chat before or after hours, please. With tears in my eyes....you are the only PO in Springs now. We need you to take pride in working.

Disgusting service. Walked in to certify documents but couldn’t be helped because there was loadshedding. We asked if they need electricity to stamp a document and the two women behind the counter said they need light to stamp the document. They were busy doing their braids with their cellphone lights.

This place should be avoided at all times. No service, no forms, no printer, no help. The only comment I get is you know what's going on at the post office." How does one function like this! Close this branch ASAP"

Shame I can’t give a zero. Shocking shocking shocking service. Stood for hour and 30 min to do less than a 5 min job to renew a car licence. No customer service, standing patiently to be helped but others push in and they get helped first. Lawless, so sad to think this has all gone to ruin.

Despite the long queue of people, renewing licence was a breeze. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.

Shame we can't give a zero. One star is too good. Service was pathetic, through your documents back to you, constantly talking to each other and not concentrating. Had to wait 15 minutes to find a parcel. They just can't be bothered. It's South Africa, what do you expect...

Disgusting service! My parcel was scanned out of WITSPOS Hub on the 20th January. I know it has arrived at Selcourt Post Office but they haven't scanned it in and they refuse to look for it. They just tell me it's not there! It was very expensive and I purchased it in December already. To wait for 3 months and be told your parcel is not there, is shameful. It's no surprise they are closing down so many Post Offices in SA. Will have to resort to private courier services from now on :-(
