Yesterday at around 16:09 I attended to a job at the Leonardo apartments as I entered I was asked to park in receiving so that the security can take me up to the apartments unfortunately someone hit the boom gate off so they had to attend to that so we waited as they requested around 3in later I was then taken up did my job with in 15-20 minutes so we het to the boom gate I then get told I have to pay when explaining that it's not right to charge me for waiting for security to sort out and report the issue with their boom gate that was hit by a other car sipho the supervisor approached me with a bad attitude telling me I'm wrong and I must pay I ask to speak to his supervisor he says he is the the supervisor I then asked to speak to his manager he again told me he is the manager so I said I want to talk to someone higher then him he tells me they have gone homeA lady then appeared he then tells me she is the manager and changes his whole story as I told the lady I will not leave it there who gives them a right to take a photo of my ID and want my details ?

Its a good company. Its my loss.I disappointed them.was suppose to be the risk manager there.Good management and staff.I'm sorry for the disappointment. You gave me the opportunity I rejected it.I lost a lot.I was received with warmth and love.
