Went to the Good Health Shop the other day and have in the past aswell, I have never been met with such rudeness and poor customer service. Would highly avoid. Being on the South Coast where business is abit slower than other places you would think they would be abit more attentive to their customers.

Rude people on the phone. I called to enquire about a certain product and was asked what it was for before I could completely finish the answer I got was NO I continued speaking and the answer again was NO in a rude stop pestering me tone.I was about to ask for a referral but the answer came again NO.

DISGUSTING TREATMENT , screamed and shouted at because we came as a family, you don't know our circumstances number ONE!!! The sales lady (Grey hair) should really not be in the position of facing the public, she is in No way a professional! For her extremely rude treatment I will no longer be supporting this small business (you can thank her) I will use online professional platforms. She had time to rectify her behavior which she didn't. Her poor colleagues had to apologize for her.
