Absolutely poor service,sent my watch to be fixed and has been sent back twice and still comes back the same,i would not recommend sending your watch there for a repair.

The quality is very low ,one of my diamonds fell off 3 months of being engagement,went to fix it and it fell off again 2 months later.I have a worker that cleans,I work in the office and I don’t do any lifting I’m very disappointed, as I am now walk with a ring with a missing diamond

I took my white gold engagement and wedding rings in for repair - claws had broken and small diamonds had fallen out. They repaired it and returned it even more beautiful than I remember it being originally. Very pleased with the craftsmanship, thank you

Very customer friendly staff. But together they do not know the time frame or changing a watch battery. They told me it’ll take 24h and they will call me to update me when it arrives. After 2 days I call and ask on an update only to find out the watch has not yet left the store to go for the battery replacement. When I picked it up and spoke to someone else they told me a battery replacement can take 4-5days.Store is well kept though
