My go-to hairdresser. Aunty Galiema, the hairstylist, is an experienced and really friendly person. She has amazing cutting techniques, and makes sure to give you exactly the hairstyle you requested. Reasonable pricing and amazing atmosphere.

Literally the worst customer service ever experienced at a hair dresser, I have naturally wavy/curly hair and asked the hairdresser if she could cut my hair in a certain way to ensure my curls would pop. Hairdresser then assured me that she could do it no problem. She ended up chopping most of the curls on the top of my hair off and left me with a mullet that looked terrible curly, I then messaged her and told her I was unhappy with the cut and that it was unfair that she said she could do something that she clearly couldn’t and she should have admitted that she’s not skilled with curly hair. She then proceeded to block me without any sort of apology or offer of full or partial refund. She also messed up my step daughter’s pin straight hair just to add the cherry on the cake. Never again and will never recommend to anyone.
