I didn't like the service I've received at the above VW Garage. I was driving a VW Crafter. Unfortunately the car was still under Warranty. At Nelspruit VW, they did a service. I don't know how and why. They forgot to put the cover that is covering engine. While I was driving it feel and made a strangest noise. I took the vehicle to the VW Garage for assistance. A floor manager (Dark Indian) refused to assist and said must drive back to Mpumalanga Nelspruit to put screw or cableSeveral request has been made just for assistance. I didn't receive. That is why theVW ALPINE COMMERCIAL VEHICLE GARAGE, ESPECIALLY THAT MANAGER. HE DOWNGRADING THE BEATY OF VW GARAGE.

Salesman offered to valet the vehicle I bought and put on 4 new tyres. Used tyres from another vehicle were placed on the bakkie. They had 11 000km life left only and were damaged. Strange how it got through roadworthy with damaged tread. The bakkie was never valet'd. During its first wash it was noted that they had applied a coloured polish to the scratched areas of the vehicle which all washed off revealing some deep scratches. The vehicle was claimed to be accident free. It was discovered both the driver side doors were repaired and the bonnet either new or resprayed. After several requests I never received a copy of my loan agreement. I feel sorry for Chery whose vehicles are sold through this dealership now.
