HWS died, they had someone around within the hour and a new HWS installed within a few hours, at a much better price than I was quoted elsewhere, The technician(James) was very professional and was happy with the service.

Receptionist told me the electrical job I wanted done (replacing lights w light fans) was definitely not possible in my apartment. Then she wasnt sure... so she would ask an electrician when one was available and would call me back.She didn't call back. So I called Richtek electrical and plumbing and had an electrician around in a couple hours to perform a free quote on the job that is definitely possible.Very poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Shannon from G. A. Perry attended our home today and installed a new show head for us. It entailed drilling into tiles which I wasn’t prepared to attempt. He arrived on time, was friendly and quick in his quality work. He also tightened up our towel rail while he was here. This is the 5th time I have called them out and every time has been the same. If you have any plumbing requirements, I highly recommend this Company. Arguable the best plumber in Perth.

Had Ga Perry attend a not working gas hot water system. Arrived promptly and found the unit had corroded and was leaking. Gave an immediate quote on a new gas system. I advised that I was more interested in a heat pump and requested a quote about 4 days ago. No response/ Not impressed

GA Perry are amazing....I always contact them for plumbing, electrical and gas hot water repairs. They have even installed a gas hot water system and smoke alarms for me. The most reliable company, GA Perry representatives always arrive on time, are friendly, professional and they do impeccable work. I couldn't be happier with them. Faultless from first telephone contact to the finished job. Thanks GA Perry. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

He gave me brilliant advice and guidance on what I needed and how he could respond within a timeframe.When he arrived on time, the task was done quickly and efficiently and the bill was very reasonable. Called GA Perry got a blocked sewer they were 47 minutes late and still charged me even though there policy is if they are late first hour is free.Plumber put his machine through in the end there was a pipe in the sewer that had blocked it they couldn’t get it out cost me &500 for nothing sewer was blocked again within 2 days called them back to fix weren’t interested.Called another plumber out within 10 minutes had the pipe out blockage over and charged me a reasonable amount a lot less cheaper than GA Perry.Thanks GA Perry for nothing very unproffessional won’t be using you again.

Would have loved to use these guys (used them 12mths prior) but unfortunately reception staff fell short. Was told my initial quote needed reviewing….4days later a call but no quote. Went elsewhere.

Van 10. Arrived in time range and with courtesy, knowledge and efficiency, the non urgent and turned off leaking hot water pipe 250mm below paving was replaced. Cleaned burner and relit HW system. Good old fashioned service could not be faulted. I will use this company again and happily recommend.
