7+ years we have been waiting for a set of shock absorbers, an aircon compressor unit a condenser, front wheel bearings, an. Electronic free wheeling hub and a plethora of small and easily shippable spares for a 1995 Suburban (all parts now available cheaper on EBay).A cool +/-R75000 has exchanged hands since 2017 and we have had the absolutely bare minimum Help from Porky and his team. What the owner makes up for in, incredible technical knowledge, he fails abysmally at service delivery. Currently a once proud vehicle has sat and is at the point of being sold for scrap as Porky, Zenith and whoever else of revolving door of assistants is in charge of procurement administration, doesn’t seem to have ANY degree of urgency.If properly registered, I’d have approached a government agency, but for now I literally just hope and pray that I get either a message or a call to confirm parts delivery (at very least to our home address).The absolute lack of administration, urgency or assistance aside. I can confirm that the team is knowledgeable, and when not working on their own project cars, they are incredibly helpful.However, moving forward I will be suggesting a hard pass on any business with the company for ALL future clients.You barely need to arrive at the front door to realise the vast number of untouched vehicles that have been left in the care of the company.Your consistent courtesy is much appreciated but your service delivery does not exist. Please improve or close your door permanently.Many thanks for the years of conversations (and not much else).

Always a good thing to go to a company that really knows their stuff. They have looked after my Chevy Ute for many years and now our Chrysler 300c. What sets them aside from most workshops (including dealers) is their ability to diagnose problems. Go there, leave your car there and know that it is in safe hands. The minute my vehicles move out of factory warranty I take them through to American Motorsport.
