The best thing we did since having moved to a new house. House looks premium and shutters improves the resale value (unlike curtain...).Cuan is the most professional and pleasant sales man and customer service from this company is absolutely the best. There were some elements that didn’t come right at the first time but the team got it right ultimately. Not many companies actually go above and beyond to make the customer completely satisfied at their own cost but this one does. If you consider installing window dressing, contact them.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the company from Grant at sales all the way to the installers. The order was delayed due to Covid and the riots, but we were kept informed throughout the process by Karen . On the day of installation they were punctual.Installation was very professional and neat. Supervisor even came out to check.They also went the extra mile and took some of my flooring to their workshop to be cut to size. Needless to say, the installation and the product was perfect.

I had shutters put throughout my new apartment in December. The main bedroom however was not completed due to incorrect measuring". I waited until the 23rd January for them to contact me with an update as to when the shutters would be installed. Nothing. Radio silence. They were on holiday

I was assisted by Grant and his team and their service was excellent. They worked well with other service providers on my project and ensured that my shutters were in timeously and professionally. Their installers were also great with a professional and pleasant attitude throughout. When I had a security risk, they once again, prioritised me and are sorting out my lock replacement at 50% discount. Their product looks aesthetically pleasing and really safe. What I love most about them is that not only are they amazing when they provide you with their service for the first time but their after-sale service is impeccable. I am very impressed with this company and the individuals who take pride in what they do and deliver.
