I went to return gifts and apparently the policy was changed because customers abused it. Kim Louw from the store said that to me and was extremely rude. She showed me no customer etiquette whatsoever. I’m so disappointed and disgusted by the customer service at Kenilworth because I have never encountered such services from any other Woolworths store.

Very friendly staff. Always very helpful. Stock isn't as varied as canal walk, especially when it comes to ready to go meals, halal items and lactose free items but overall well laid out store.

The store was clean and organised well. The staff were very friendly especially at the fitting rooms. My only complaints would be how long the cashiers took with customers and how hot it is in the store

Pack of school shirts i priced on Thursday but could not purchase coz unsure of size.When i returned on monday a new price sticker was put over the other one increasing the price from R249 to R279.RIDICULOUS

I called to find out the closing time, was told 7 pm. Checked online, 7 pm. Lo and behold, doors closed at 6. My friend could not get in, having arrived at 6. Please sort this out. This was on Saturday 29th April.
