Beautiful place with great views and amenities

The accommodation is a mixed feeling situation.Pros:Property is large and clean. It has amazing views of the ocean.Rooms are decently sized with 4 bedrooms, of which 2 are en-suite. There is a large entertainment room downstairs.There is a TV in the master bedroom, the common lounge, and at the bottom entertainment section. They have access to Netflix and YouTube.There are lots of informal seating options across the house with entertainment in mind.There's a big braai set up and a pizza oven at the bottom floor.There are various workers on site daily (especially the cleaning ladies) to ensure all matters are attended to.Service from the owner and staff are great! There was an issue with the toilet and the owner acted upon it quickly and the issue was resolved quickly. The staff on site are professional too with the ladies doing their work in less than a full days work.There's a handyman / security on the property at all times to attend to any matters.Cons:Access into the property is a bit tight from the road.Parking seems ample for the staying guests but might not be enough if hosting others and utilising the entertainment areas accordingly.There are two garages for the house but this is not usable as the handyman / security lives in there. One garage door is jammed and does not close properly.While location is great in terms of access to and views of the beach, the beach is a rocky beach (Salt Rock area) and thus not friendly for people to use. It's a pity to have beachfront houses but not a usable beach.Maintenance in terms of materials deterioration is a bit low.The study area is small and next to the dining table. Study tables in all rooms would be ideal to cater for the on-the-go / remote working professional who needs the quietness from the large group.The entertainment area at the bottom seems to be an after thought since access is only from the outside and there are no plug points elsewhere (except by the TV) nor a guest toilet attached.There's a splash pool available, but a larger pool would be better for the alternative water experience.The property is definitely worth considering / booking based on the pros, but the cons should be kept in mind as accommodation is not cheap while some conveniences are limited.

The host, the place just beautiful
