They kept my phone for 3 weeks I was the one who was calling about the status of the phone. When you are at the shop they have no sense of urgency is like they would rather be somewhere else. The shop needs to invest in some human capital training.

If I could give no star I would I laybyed a fridge and TV when I went to take it out was told the model of the TV I laybyed was not available and was offered another one, ask them to deliver had to call the store the countless times to deliver finally delivered fridge had a bump I was ohkay with it as it's not to visible when I finally decided to hang the TV it wasn't working at all called the store was told I was suppose to contact them before hand terrible terrible place I'll never ever recommend anyone to go buy there

Even one star for this shop is too much, the staff are never anyhwete visible or standing in a hurdle talking to each other and ignoring customers. You have to find them yourself if you want help.On top of it when you want to confirm if an item is there prior to your visit and try to call, no one answers the call ever. The shops at Westgate are more of a drive but worth it because service is better
