Great atmosphere, only shock was they automatically add 10 % to the bill without advising us. So I paid extra 28% tip without knowing. Not nice.

Food was good.We were asked to order in advance by phone because we were a big group so we could be served rapidly.We still had to wait 1h30. All other orders were prioritized over ours.

I have visited multiple times, atmosphere is good. The kitchen serves generous portions of food. Ideal place to visit on your breakfast run, also suitable for car club weekend meets.

You guys never fail to amaze! It's been great as always. Fab food, gorgeous rooms, breathtaking sunset and sunrise, friendly staff, cute fur-babies and lovely drinks! Hot and cold. ❤️

We had booked for 20 people (small pre wedding celebration), and were asked to pre-order our meals (from an all Afrikaans menu that we had to translate), which we did. After about 20 back and forward calls about the menu and timing we arrive dead on time at 18:30.Despite having made all the arrangements we waited 2 hours for our food! All the other tables that came before us had ordered, eaten and left at this point.Eventually we received our food, which was decent I must say but really not worth the wait. They did offer us some shots and ice cream for the kids to compensate. Honestly it didn't make up fo my bad experience!

We were there for a pre-wedding dinner and liked the French fries and the ambiance so much that we went back for lunch. The food was good and in decent portion sizes; you won't leave hungry. Loved the family environment, helpful staff, and, yes, those fries which we definitely had again.

My wife and I had our wedding here and I have nothing but praise for the place. The buffet was tasty and good value for money. The food was well prepared didnt cost the earth. The accommodation is decent and the beds comfortable. Conveniently close to the city but with the peacefulness of the country.

Great experience! I had french toast and bacon, hubby had the boskombuis brekkie burger - both were delicious. Prices are reasonable. And it's a lovely venue.
