Very professional yet friendly company, would highly recommend. They replaced almost all our windows and doors with white aluminium throughout our house during a very large renovation - sliding doors, windows, folding stacking doors. Good workmanship and they were all a pleasure to deal with!

I found them via a Google search for Aluminium windows Cape Town" and reading reviews left on Google. Ambassador rated highly amongst their customers and that's what mattered to me. Their website detailed the work they do and provided me with the information needed to make an informed decision. I used the quote tool on the website after I had an idea of the sizes - I wanted to get an idea of pricing knowing that the window sizes I needed which didn't conform to some of those readily available (from most other companies). A very positive experience and would highly recommend."

We have used Ambassador for installing aluminium doors and windows in our homes over the last 10 years and each time we have been very happy with the result. Initial consultation is detailed and measurements are always accurate. Installation is quick and after service follow up has been excellent too. We love our windows and doors and hope to install more in the future for good insulation and a maintenance free life!

Customer service is really poor. To be fair the windows made are decent. However, be careful when accepting them as installers . They have admitted in an e- mail to me that they do not have the skills to do installations properly and this is the reason windows at my house were not installed correctly.Part B.I was not sure how to directly responded to the Owners" response so I am adding to my review.I have moved the review down to a 1 star due to your response.You say I am not transparent however who ever gave you the facts or information has manipulated the truth. Firstly I would like that you retract that I was reminding your team on the day that it is going to rain and implying that I was rushing and this is part reason for the poor work. I was not there on the day . I was at work and only arrived on site after 3pm. I have not once on that day communicated with people at Ambassador doors nor did I communicate with the installation team before that.Your installation team arrived on site only after 10am on the day and informed my helper at home that they would be finished by 3pm. I did not place any of these deadlines on them they were given to me. To be transparent i assumed installation would be done over mulitple days. It didn't rain on that day nor was it threatening to

Ive been working with Ambassador , john and leeann for a good few years now. Always ontop of their game... John is very clued up on all aspects of the job be it timber or aluminium or a mix of the two. We had some custom doors and windows built by Ambasador by specs given by client. Profesional and timely construction and a perfect job. Very well done guys. Always a pleasure working with you.

I have used Ambassador for two new buildings and have been thrilled with the result on both occasions. Having installed their frameless glass doors as well as the aluminium doors and aluminium sliding sash windows (these are wonderful), I would recommend all of these. Leeanne was incredibly helpful and supportive during the process. From taking measurements to brainstorming solutions, the Ambassador teams were fantastic!
