I absolutely would recommend Waterfall Dental & Prosthodontic Studio, not only were they 100% COVID ready the room was fresh and sanitary bliss. I must recommend their Oral Hygienist Ms Kaokie Sepuru, who was friendly knowledgeable and understanding. I have not been to the dentist in 20 years and she didn't make me feel bad about that, she gave me tools to better my condition of my teeth and talked me through the processes as she did on my teeth. My teeth and confidence have never felt better. Thank you so much. Do yourself a favour and visit their rooms, they are professional and really worth the affordable rates they charge. Thank you once again

Really friendly and highly professional team. Upon arrival the team had a welcome poster with my name on it to welcome me which was a really nice personal touch. The team makes you feel really welcome and everything from scheduling the appointment with Alisha to the wait seemed seamless.The actual check up went really well, Kaokie is very knowledgeable about the practice and keeps the entire check up very lighthearted, an amazing oral hygienist who I would recommend any day!

I have brought my daughter several times to see Dr Naran. She is excellent with children - one of the most patient I have encountered. Kaokie has also assisted Dr Naran with my daughter on numerous occasions. They are both so bubbly and really make the whole experience very pleasant

I had an appointment with the oral hygienist, Ms. Kaokie Sepuru, today and I was so impressed with her professionalism and advise. The teeth cleaning was surprisingly pain free. So happy to have finally found a great oral hygienist! Highly recommend.

I visited the Oral Hygienist (Ms. Kaokie Sepuru) today and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She took time to understand my specific oral hygiene habits and gave me some tips on how to improve them. She was very gentle going about her work and before I knew it my teeth were cleaned and polished. I highly recommend her, and the practice and I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Best dentist I ever met. Dr. Harryparsad transformed my dental prothesis. The way I can eat now is not comparable to what I had before. Now eating is again a pleasure. They did really a wonderful job at Waterfall Dental & Prosthodontic Studio; very accurate and I can recommend this clinic without the hint of a doubt. Perfect job! Not only, but they are all very pleasant at this place; they welcome you in the best possible way and they are superkind, professional and always punctual. I never waited more than five minutes. The staff at the dental studio are incredibly friendly and professional.Kaokie possesses a wealth of knowledge on dental care and she makes you feel very comfortable during the entire duration of your dental visit. And my teeth cleaning experience was NOT painful at all which was completely different to my previous experiences.I definitely look forward to my next appointment.
