This place is useless. Not only did we drop off a lawnmower to be fixed like 3 weeks ago, everytime we went to query about the status they are sitting in the shop drinking. We took the lawnmower back now as nothing was even started on it. This place is really bad.

Had our lawnmower for a month did nothing. They gave us the wrong persons quote. Did not even try to hide the castle lite bottles and the workers brag about the alcohol infront of customers. We eventually just went and fetched the lawnmower as nothing was done to it.I would give zero stars if I could

With the tough economic times we face, cannot believe people can be so rude and obnoxious. Did not even enter shop properly and the owners wife turned us away. Took my business to Southway Mica, were Peter and his staff was more than willing to help. A pity there is not a zero star rating, Malvern Mowers you would have gotten a zero star rating from me today.
